Türkiye’yi yok etme planı!

Türkiye’nin gündemini üç haftadan beri meşgul eden “AKP ve Fethullah Gülen Hareketi’ni Bitirme Planı”na ilişkin ortaya çıkan belge ve üzerinde çıkan tartışmalar, Genelkurmay Başkanı Orgeneral İlker Başbuğ’un “Bu bir belge değil, kağıt parçasıdır” sözleriyle yeni bir boyut kazandı.

Demokrasi ve hukuka olan bağlılığını bir kez daha yineleyen Başbuğ, nedense “hukuki ve demokratik olmayan” akreditasyon uygulamasıyla başında bulunduğu kurumun belirlediği gazetecilere konuştu. Konuşmasında belgeyle ilgili daha çok mazruf yerine zarfa vurgu yapması kamuoyunu tatmin etmedi.

TSK’nın uyguladığı akreditasyon bir tarafa, biz “bir kağıt parçasından oluşan belgeyle” ilgili olarak düşüncelerimizi belirtelim. Geçtiğimiz hafta habervaktim’de belgenin sahte ya da gerçek olmasının hiçbir öneminin olmadığını, Türkiye’de millete karşı zaten adım adım “psikolojik bir bitirme harekatı” uygulandığını belirtmiştik.

Orgeneral Başbuğ, “kağıt parçası”nın ‘sahte’ olduğunu söylüyor ancak, o kağıt parçasında yer alan ‘sahte’ notlar, nedense gözümüzün önünde uygulanmaya çalışılıyor. Halkın iktidara getirdiği AK Parti Hükümeti’ni devirmek ve Gülen Cemati’ni bitirmek için ille de kağıt parçalarının hazırlanması gerekmiyor.

AK Parti’yi iktidara getiren millete karşı verilen “asimetrik ve psikolojik harekat” zaten AK Parti’yi bitirmeye yönelik değil mi? “Beyaz Türkler ile Türk olmayan Beyazların” zorbalığı nedeniyle kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarında uygulanan örtü yasağı, İmam Hatip liselerine uygulanan kat sayı adaletsizliği, Kur’an kurslarına getirilen yaş uygulaması; halka karşı verilen “asimetrik ve psikolojik harekatın” örnekleri değil mi? Bütün bu haksızlıklar, bir “bitirme ve yok etme” anlamına gelmiyor mu?

Kaldı ki; daha yakın geçmişte, iki yıl öncesinde, Genelkurmay Başkanlığı sitesinden hükümete verilen muhtıra, Ergenekon davasıyla birlikte ortaya çıkan darbe planları, 28 Şubat darbesi sürecindeki andıçlar hafızamızdaki tazeliğini korurken, ortaya çıkan bu son belgenin sahteliğinden şüphelenilmesi için birçok neden bulunuyor. Belge ‘sahte’ ya da ‘gerçek’ olsun, milletin inancına karşı yürütülen savaşa son verilmedikçe, Sayın Başbuğ’un söylediklerinin hiçbir değeri bulunmuyor.

İnşallah, bu ülkenin varlık sebebi olan yüce dinimize karşı verilen “asimetrik ve psikolojik harekat”ın, Türkiye’nin varlığını ortadan kaldırmakla eşdeğer olduğunu kavradığımız zaman, çok geç olmaz.

Açılış konuşmasında demiş ki:

Müslümanların Camilere gitmesini engelleyemiyoruz. Kur'an okumalarını ve gerçekleri öğrenmelerini de engelleyemiyoruz. Allah ve elçisi ile sağlam ilişkiler kurmalarını da engelleyemiyoruz.

Allah ile bir kere bağlantı kurduklarında üzerlerindeki gücümüz kırılıyor. Dostları demiş ki: Gerçekten zor bir durum, peki ne yapalım? Şeytan demiş ki: Bırakın Camilere gitsinler. Fakat zamanlarını çalın, böylece Allah ve elçisi ile bağlantı kuramasınlar. .

Sizden isteğim budur. Şeytan devam etmiş: Dikkatlerini dağıtın, böylece gün boyunca Allah ile hayati öneme sahip bağlantıyı kuramasınlar. Dostları şaşırmış: Bunu nasıl başaracağız?

Some peoples look at faith in deep thinking and pious hearts, and some are very casual just trying to past time as they has nothing else to do. I have been giving informations from many corners hoping that those who seek true faith can find their way.
Hearts can make a move based on INTENTIONS. Those who are sincere are actually helping themselves as Allah swt = God all praise to Him wanted them!
As we shall see, satan uses about 40 ways to hurt us. Our ONLY way to be saved is to SEEK REFUGE FROM ALLAH SWT / GOD from satan and his acts and his army.
1-removing Adam & wife from Heaven: 2:36:
And satan made them err and caused them to get out of Heaven.

In the Holy Quran we read:

"They ask thee about the new moons. Say, These are means for measuring time for people's affairs and for the Pilgrimage" (Holy Quran, Ch. 2 V. 190)

Islam has made use of both the lunar and solar system of measuring times. Where worship is to be performed in different parts of the day the solar system of reckoning time is used as in the five daily Prayers or for the beginning and breaking of the fast, and where worship is to be completed within a particular month or part thereof, the lunar system is used, as in the determination of the month or part thereof, the lunar system is used, as in the determination of the month of fasting or fixing the time of Hajj or other festivals.

To calculate conversions from one calendar year to the other the following formula is used:

G = H - ( (3 * H) / 100 ) + 622

H = G + ( ( G - 622) / 32 ) - 622

Where G = Gregorian year (AD)

H = Hijra year (AH)
Thus 2000 AD is 1421 AH

Islamic calendar consists of twelve lunar months. Each month may be of 29 or 30 days depending on the sighting of the new moon.

An lunar year has, on average, 355 days. This is 10 days less than the solar year. Hence an Islamic year is moved ahead 10 days each year in solar calendar year.

Following are the names of the Islamic months:

The Holy Quran states:

"The number of months with Allah has been twelve months by Allah's ordinance since the day He created the heavens and the earth. Of these four are known as sacred" (Holy Quran, ch., v 36)Muharram, Rajab, Dhul Qadah and Dhul Hijja are considered to be sacred months. Fighting during these sacred months is considered to be a sin.

Two boats carrying foreign peace activists who had braved an Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip left the Hamas-ruled territory on Thursday for Cyprus, taking with them seven Palestinians.

An Israeli official said the Israeli navy would not intercept the boats.

Thousands of cheering Palestinians had welcomed the boats, carrying 44 peace activists from 17 nations, when they docked in the Gaza Strip on Saturday.

A Hamas official said nine activists decided to stay in the territory in a show of solidarity with its 1.5 million inhabitants.

The seven Palestinians who sailed with the activists to Cyprus included 16-year-old Sa'ad Mesleh, who lost a leg in an Israeli army attack three years ago, as well as a mother and her four children hoping to reunite with her husband.

Mesleh's father, Khaled, said he would seek to fit an artificial limb for his son in Cyprus.

"We have agreed with the Free Gaza activists to organise more sailings to Gaza in the near future," said Jamal al-Khodary, a Hamas-backed legislator.

Feraing a public confrontation, Israel did not prevent the activists to reach the Gaza Strip. They were the first foreigners to come to the territory by sea since Israel siege a year ago.

Despite an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire that took effect in June, Israel has not lifted its blockade of the territory.

Uludağ Üniversitesi (UÜ) Devlet Konservatuarı'nın mezuniyet töreninde başörtülü öğrenci yakınları kampüse alınmadı.

Bir başörtülü öğrenci yakınıyla tartışan Korservatuar Müdürü Prof. Dr. İsmail M. Göğüş, olayı görüntüleyen gazeteciye 'O görüntüleri sil, ben bu konularla ilgili gündeme gelmek istemiyorum' dedi.

UÜ Devlet Konservatuarı'nın merkez Yıldırım ilçesi 152 Evler Mahallesi Eski Eğitim Kampüsü'ndeki mezuniyet töreninde yine bildik görüntüler yaşandı. Yakınlarının mezuniyet sevinçlerine ortak olmak isteyen aileler okulun bahçesindeki törene büyük ilgi gösterdi. Konuklarını bahçe girişinde karşılayan UÜ Konservatuar Müdürü Prof. Dr. İsmail M. Göğüş, okul ikincisi olan yeğeninin mutlu gününde yalnız bırakmayan başörtülü bayanı bahçeden girişine izin vermedi.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olduğunu söyleyen ve isminin açıklahnmasını istemeyen başörütülü bayan, okul ikincsi olan yeğeninin mutluluğuna şahit olmak için geldiğini, ancak törene alınmadığını kaydetti.

Başörtülü bayan ailesiyle birlikte geri dönerken Konservatuvar Müdürü Prof. Dr. Göğüş, olayı görüntüleyen CİHAN muhabirine "O görüntüleri sil, ben bu konuyla ilgili gündeme gelmek istemiyorum. Bayanı öğrenci zannettim, sonradan öğrendim öğrenci yakınıymış. Başörtüsünü çene altından bağlamasını izah ettim" diyerek kendini savundu.

CİHAN muhabiriyle uzun süre konuşan ve gergin olduğu gözlenilen Prof. Dr. Göğüş, muhabirden görüntüleri silmesini istedi. Muhabirin; 'Hocam ben sizin işinize saygı duyuyorsam siz de benim işime saygı duymalı ve işime müdahale edemezsiniz' demesiyle iyice gerilen Prof. Dr. Göğüş, tören boyunca gerginliğini gizleyemedi.

10 yıl önce konservatuara 36 kişi olarak başlayan ancak sadece 5 kişinin mezun oldğunu anlatan Prof. Dr. Göğüş; "Ben onların sadece bir hocası değil, adeta babaları gibiyim. 30 yıldır devlet adamıyım. Onların her türlü derdiyle ingileniyorum. Büyük sanatçılar yetiştirme gayretindeyiz" dedi.

Saygı duruşu ve İstiklal Marşı ile başlayan tören, mezun öğrencilerin yaş kütüğüne anı plaketi çakmasıyla son buldu.

Attributes of Allah

Allah is the proper name of God, however, we know Him generally through His attributes. These attributes describe how Allah manifests Himself to us. God's attributes are innumerable since human intellect cannot possibly comprehend every aspect of the Supreme Being. A Hadith of the Holy Prophet (peace be on him) makes mention of Ninety Nine names of Allah commonly known as al- Asmaul Husna, the Most Names. In the Holy Quran we read: "And to Allah alone belong all perfect attributes. So call Him by these. And leave alone those who deviate from the right way with respect to His Attributes." (7:181).

"Allah - there is no God but He, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining. Slumber seizes Him not, nor sleep. To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that will intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them; and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He pleases. His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth; and the care of them burdens Him not;and He is the High, the Great." (2:256)

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The similitude of His light is a lustrous niche, wherein is a lamp. The lamp is in a glass. The glass is as it were a glittering star. It is lit from blessed tree - an olive - neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would well-nigh glow forth even though fire touched it not.Light upon light! Allah guides to His light whomsoever He will. And Allah sets forth parables to men, and Allah know all things full well.This light is now lit in houses with regard to which Allah has ordained that they be exalted and that His name be remembered in them, Therein is He glorified in the mornings and the evenings (24:36-37)

"He is Allah, and there is no God beside Him, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is Gracious, the Merciful.He is Allah, and there is no God beside Him, the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace, the Bestower of Security, the Protector, the Mighty, the Subduer, the Exalted. Holy is Allah far above that which they associate with Him.He is Allah, the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner. His are the most Beautiful Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him, and He is the Mighty the Wise.(59: 23-25)

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Holy Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Allah has ninety nine Names, one hundred less one; and who memorized them all by heart will enter Paradise." (Bukhari, The Book of Tauhid.

Masood Butt is a Tibetan, living in India. But, unlike most other Tibetans in exile, who are Buddhists, Butt is a Muslim. However, apart from his faith, there is little else to distinguish Butt from other Tibetans. He follows Tibetan customs, speaks the language fluently and regards the Dalai Lama as his leader. Yet, Butt's community — the Tibetan Muslims — are little known in India, even though they have shared with their Buddhist brethren, the plight of leaving their homeland. And they have been living in India for the last 50 years."Like other Tibetans, our community, too has faced tough times and undergone great mental and physical strain," says Butt, who now works with the Dalai Lama's office in Dharamsala.

The story of the Tibetan Muslims is that of a unique community, that has blended different cultural strains to forge a distinct identity, that has been kept alive even in the face of adversity. What is interesting to know is that Islam arrived almost a 1000 years ago in Tibet — a region that has always been synonymous with a monolithic Buddhist culture. How the first Muslim settlers reached Tibet is an interesting tale. Sometime in the 12th century, it is believed, a group of Muslim traders from Kashmir and Ladakh came to Tibet as merchants. Many of these traders settled in Tibet and married Tibetan women, who later converted to the religion of their husbands. Author Thomas Arnold, in his book, The Preaching of Islam says that gradually, marriages and social interactions led to an increase in the Tibetan Muslim population until a sizable community came up around Lhasa, Tibet's capital.

"The Tibetan government allowed the Muslims freedom to handle their own affairs, without any interference. This enabled the community to retain their identity, while at the same time absorbing traditional Tibetan social and cultural traditions," says Butt. The Tibetan Muslims followed the occupation of their ancestors and were mainly traders, who owned successful businesses. The community also contributed to Tibetan society and culture in many ways. For instance, the first cinema hall in Tibet was started by a Tibetan Muslim businessman. Also, Nangma — a popular classical music form of Tibet, is believed to have been brought to Tibet by the Muslims. In fact, the word 'Nangma' is said to be derived from the Urdu word, 'Naghma', which means song. "These high-pitched lilting songs, developed in Tibet around the turn of the century, were a craze in Lhasa, with musical hits by Acha Izzat, Bhai Akbar-la and Oulam Mehdi on the lips of almost everyone," says Butt.

Many Tibetan scholars have commented on how religions as diverse as Islam and Buddhism could co-exist in peace in a traditional society such as that of Tibet. The credit for this, some feel, goes to religious leaders like the Dalai Lama, who took the lead in fostering this spirit of brotherhood. For instance, a history of the Tibetan Muslim community published some years ago relates how during the 17th century, the fifth Dalai Lama readily agreed to give the Muslims land within Lhasa for building a mosque.

The story goes that when a delegation of Muslims approached the fifth Dalai Lama for space for a mosque and a burial ground for their community, the Dalai Lama shot an arrow, with the promise that the place where the arrow fell would belong to the Muslim community. The place later came to be known as Gyangda Linka or the park of the distant arrow. Tibetan Muslims also enjoyed other special privileges in Tibet. For instance, they were exempted from the 'no meat rule' when such a restriction was imposed in the rest of Tibet, during the holy Buddhist months. Besides, their commercial enterprises were exempted from taxation.

All these special privileges, however were withdrawn, soon after the Chinese occupied Tibet in 1959. Most of the Tibetan Muslims, consequently, opted to leave rather than live under the Chinese occupation. Those who were able to cross over to India, settled in the border towns of Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Gangtok. Later, the community gradually started moving to Kashmir — the land from where their ancestors had gone to Tibet in the 12th century. In fact, the move to Kashmir was significant, says Butt. Even in Tibet, the Muslims were identified as Kashmiris, since Kashmir was known to Tibetans as Khache Yul and Tibetan Muslims were referred to as Khache. Thus, their status was that of a foreigner, even when they were in Tibet.

On the basis of their Kashmiri ancestry, the Tibetan Muslim families who came back to Kashmir after 1959, were given Indian citizenship. Many of these families are still living in Srinagar, while a few have migrated to Nepal and the Gulf countries. Today, there are around 250 families of Tibetan Muslims in Srinagar, mostly in the Hawal and Idgah areas. A number of these families are engaged in fine embroidery work of Kashmiri carpets, while others have set up their own businesses, says Nasir Qazi of the Tibetan Muslim Youth Federation — a body that works for the welfare of the community. The community remains a close-knit one and, for many of them, Tibet remains an emotive issue. Recently for instance, the Tibetan Muslim Youth Federation took out a peace march in Srinagar to show solidarity with the Dalai Lama's views on granting of autonomous status to Tibet.

And, in case a solution is found, would they like to go back to Tibet? "Maybe not for settling down, since most of us have been born and brought up in India," says Qazi. "But once, I would definitely like to go there — to visit the Potala palace, the landscape that we have heard so much about and to see for myself the land where our forefathers lived."

Over a decade, the reports of the European Commission Against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) kept on expressing concern about far-right organizations in France, like Jean-Marie Le Pen's party National Front. The reports also charged the French authorities of laxity and trivialization with regard to racist acts. Moreover, it is well known that the chauvinistic politicians of that party take advantage of that situation of the French authorities and openly encourage xenophobic and racist sentiments through their speeches, slogans, and political campaigns. In 1997, Catherine Megret, a politician of the National Front, became mayor of the southern French town of Vitrolles. She was quoted as calling the immigrants "colonials." She said, "There are simply differences in the genes!"

The same report notes, "As with other cultural practices, there exists a strong French bias against immigrants, religion, and traditions. The exclusion of Islam from the French society is very apparent. There are religious schools under state supervision for Catholics, Protestants, and Jews, but not for Muslims. While there are Catholic, Protestant, and Jewish chaplains in the French army, there are no Muslim chaplains. This exclusion is troubling as there are indications that French Muslims are vastly outpacing French non-Muslims in birth rates."

In his special report on France, Maurice Glele-Ahanhanzo, United Nations' special reporter on racism, stated, "The greatest discrimination in hiring was experienced by immigrants from Africa, followed by Turkish and Southeast Asian immigrants, who remain marginalized from mainstream French life."

In March 2001, the European Commission of Human Rights established that 69 percent of the French were racists at various degrees. Likewise, the pressure group SOS Racisme, a French antiracist nongovernmental organization, indexed hundreds of cases of employers discarding applicants with foreign names and established that such discrimination is "particularly rife in the retail and hospitality industries but also for jobs involving no contact with the public."

Greece

For many human rights organizations, Greece has one of the worst records in the European Union regarding racism against ethnic minorities, especially the Albanians.

From the Institute of Race Relations (IRR) and according to Amnesty International Report 2002, we learn that the Greek police regularly abuses and even tortures members of minority groups and undocumented workers.

A total of 66 cases of ill-treatment of detainees, including Albanians, Nigerians, and Romans, were reported. Amnesty International sees this was only the tip of the iceberg.

Furthermore, during December 2004, it was reported that a group of Afghan asylum seekers was subjected to ill-treatments and torture by Greek police officers. Reportedly 60 Afghans, of whom at least 17 were teenagers, were beaten. The IRR then stated, "On December 30, [2007,] the Afghan refugees and the National Network for Immigrant and Refugee Rights held a demonstration in the center of Athens against the violence of the police and the racist behavior of the authorities."

Finland

As for Finland, racial abuses are usually perpetrated by large neo-Nazi gangs, with Helsinki becoming a base for skinheads from across the country. In 1994, for instance, the police recorded 20 violent, racially motivated assaults on immigrants, according to the IRR.

In January 1996, five skinheads were sentenced to imprisonment by Joensuu local court for "assault, attempted assault, and violation of domiciliary peace caused by racial hostility." At the end of the trial, Judge Pekka Janhunen said, "Everybody has to have the right to personal security regardless of the color of their skin."

During 2001, many analysts in Finland raised concerns about "racism and discriminatory practices against Somali nationals by the police in the Hakunila suburb of Vantaa."

Denmark

For the Council of Europe's human rights commissioner Alvaro Gil-Robles, the Danes are "primitive nationalist." Sweden's leading newspaper Aftonbladet branded Denmark as "the most racially prejudiced country in Europe"!

Illustrative of the predicament of ethnic minorities in that country is the rising number of homeless immigrants. In five years, the number of immigrants in Copenhagen's homeless shelters has increased from 5 to 50 percent, according to the United Nations' Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD).

Germany

As for modern Germany, the CERD warned of an alarming increase in racial abuses at the start of the present decade. In its 2001 recommendation, the CERD stated,

The Committee shares the state party's particular concern that despite appropriate actions undertaken and significant improvements to the various means of preventing and punishing right-wing extremist, xenophobic, and anti-Semitic crimes, the number of racist incidents, which had more or less stagnated during the 1990s, suddenly and dramatically increased during the year 2000.

The committee also encouraged the state party to reinforce its efforts to prevent and combat such acts, also through further studies and research, in order to fully understand the reasons for the recent increase in racial violence and to devise appropriate measures.

The committee is further concerned about repeated reports of racist incidents in police stations, as well as ill-treatment inflicted by law-enforcement officials on foreigners, including asylum seekers and German nationals of foreign origin.

Racism in Football

Coming now to football, as one of the fields that many people do follow, we can assert straight off that football is one of the areas where xenophobia and racial abuse are becoming most alarming in some European countries. Whether at an amateur or professional level, on or off the field, chauvinism and racial reviling from fans, players, or coaches are becoming more and more blatant on some European football grounds.

During the 1970s and 1980s, racism against black players was tacitly but deeply entrenched in the English football championship. Indeed, although it was then rife to witness monkey chanting and banana throwing from racist supporters in English football stadiums, the phenomenon in institutional mass media was somewhat concealed, for they all kept silent about it.

Former Chelsea captain Paul Elliott, who suffered endless racist abuses, confessed, "It is much better than the seventies and eighties when the atmosphere was intimidator. Back then, the mindset was that you just had to put up with it; it was part of the game. It was conveniently swept under the carpet. It was taboo. It was never reported."

Echoing his words, Paul Barnes, former element of the English national football team, added, "It's good that people are talking about racism now, but it's how they are talking. The biggest thing for me is the hypocrisy of the people who were around 10 or 15 years ago when this was going on [in the UK]. Why weren't they saying anything then? Is it just politically correct to be doing it now?"

Today, there is still racist violence by English football fans against ethnic minority members. For instance, recently, the Rochdale Observer posted an article titled "Football Supporters Attack Elderly Asian Couple." The article stated,

An elderly Asian couple, aged 64 and 73, were attacked by a gang of football supporters in Rochdale an hour before a match between Rochdale and Bury. The couple were abused, spat on, and had lager sprayed on them.

One can find dozens of such news in brief in the UK all over the map.

Islamophobic Supporters

Here, we have an intriguing case in point. It is a racist, Islamophobic humiliation against Egyptian Muslim football player Mido at the Riverside Stadium. On August 26, 2007, during a match between Newcastle United and Middlesbrough, Mido suffered serious Islamophobic abuse from Middlesbrough supporters. Sources said that "clearly audible" racist, anti-Arab chants were directed at him, and it was understood that the Football Association (FA) will launch an investigation for possible sentence against the fans of Newcastle United.

An FA spokesperson said, "We are very much in favor of banning orders being imposed on anyone identified as engaging in racist behavior in football. The FA will obviously work with the police on all football-disorder-related matters."

Another incident that football fans remember is the controversial friendly match between Spain and England on November 17, 2004, when two black players for the English team, Ashley Cole and Shaun Wright-Phillips, were subjected to monkey noises and racist slogans chanted by thousands of fans in a crammed full stadium. Actually, an incident of racial abuse took place the day before, during the Under-21 friendly match between the two countries.

The incidents were so alarming that the world's football authority, FIFA, demanded an explanation from the Spanish football federation for the abuse aimed at England's black players. A FIFA spokesperson noted, "Colored English players were the target of racial abuse from spectators. The FIFA is concerned about the latest surge of racism in football and harshly condemns these incidents."

During the 2004 English football championship, a Blackburn fan was fined the equivalent of about US$1,900 and banned from football stadiums in England and Wales for five years for racial harassment against Birmingham player Dwight Yorke.

Yet, on the whole, things have improved a lot nowadays, and there are less blatant racist abuses against black players on English football grounds. Actually, despite all the racist abuses they horrendously suffer, talented players are found in every major football league in Europe, especially in France and the UK where they are numerous. In England, about 30 percent of the top-level players are Blacks!

However, if they are accepted as players, they are seldom welcomed as referees, front-office staff members, or coaches, save in a few cases (e.g. the two former international football stars, the Dutch Ruud Gullit and the French Jean Tigana). However, those players are not at all accepted as managers because of racial prejudice.

Conclusion

As demonstrated in what precedes, a soaring trend of erosion of human rights and civil liberties can be witnessed all over Europe because of racial abuse. Under the cover of the so-called global fight against terrorism initiated by the US, that combat is unfortunately predominantly directed against Muslims in the form of Islamophobia, which is rife in Europe all over the map. Yet, hopefully, a lot of effort is being consented to block the trend.

From the start of the present decade, the European Union's Charter of Fundamental Rights explicitly banned racism along with many other forms of social discrimination. Article 21 of the charter prohibits discrimination on any ground, such as race, color, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, disability, age or sexual orientation, and also discrimination on the grounds of nationality.

Among many other active European organizations, the ECRI is doing much in combating racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and intolerance at the level of greater Europe and from the perspective of the protection of human rights.

In the same combat, the world football body FIFA and Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE) are most concerned about the cancer of racism in the game and call for a united front.

So, let's hope, along with all people of good will, that reason shall prevail over prejudice for peace and justice to reign.

The office of the mufti of İstanbul made this decision having seen the attention and respect paid to Quran recitals in the Sultanahmet Mosque by foreign visitors.

Thousands of foreign tourists visit the Blue Mosque every year, particularly during the spring and summer. They attentively watch believers standing, bowing and prostrating themselves in unison and listen to enchanting Quran recitals given by the imam.

"They all try to make sense of what we do in the mosque. The Quran recitals that echo off the dome particularly affect them. They ask their tour guides questions about prayer, the Quran and other aspects of Islam," Imam Hatiboğlu remarked.

Kapısına, "görev şuuru içinde (!)" vatan evladını dikmiş ki, soysuz tabelanın altında, kimse hır gür çıkarmasın; maaşı da "ırz" parasındanmış meğer! Anne, "cennet, ayakları altında olan"dı; çift anahtarla kapısını gizlice açıp, "gündüzünü saklayan" değil!

Her köşe başını, gayet resmi tefeciler tutmuş; bir bankanın yakasından kurtulan, diğerine yapışıyormuş; denize düşen….! “Şeytanın pisliklerinden bir murdar!” iktidarın övünç kaynağıymış meğer! Ne kadar da gelişmişiz, bir bu kadar kravatlı gangster varken!

Dün Gazze'de 3 kayıp veren İsrail Ordusu'nun bölgede düzenlediği operasyonda 20 Filistinli hayatını kaybetti.

Hayatını kaybeden Filistinliler arasında 23 yaşındaki Reuters kameramanı da vardı. Kameraman Fadel Shana'nın son çektiği görüntü ise hayatına mal olan İsrail tankından çıkan top mermisiydi.

"Fitne"nin arkasında kim var?

Hollandalı ırkçı bir milletvekili İslam'ı ve Peygamberini tahkir eden ve bununla Müslümanları tahrik etmeyi hedefleyen “Fitna” adında bir belgesel çekmiş. Şimdi dünya bu filmi tartışıyor. Bunu yayınlamanın bir “fikir özgürlüğü” olduğunu savunanlar var. Bu yüzden İslam ve peygamberi hakkında olumsuz yayınlara gösterilen tepkileri bazı batılılar fikir hürriyetine müdahale olarak kabul ediyorlar.

Daha önceki tahriklerin oluşturduğu gerginliklerden batılı yetkililer ders çıkarmış görünüyorlar. Bu defa batı kamuoyu da sağduyulu davranıyor ve provakatif eylemlere prim vermiyor. Batının daha makul ve olumlu davranmasında İslam Kalkınma Örgütünün gayretlerinin ve Müslüman örgütlerin lobi çalışmalarının ciddi katkısı var.

Son yıllarda İslam'a, Kur'ana ve İslam Peygamberine hakaretlerin ardı arkası kesilmiyor. Bu saldırıların hepsinin ortak özelliği Müslümanların gururunu incitecek, onları sokaklara dökecek kadar çirkin-aşağılayıcı olması. Şeytanın Ayetleri'nden karikatür krizine, çevrilen filmlere kadar, yapılanların hepsi Müslümanların damarına basarak hırçınlaştırmaya yönelik gibi görünüyor.

İslam'a ve değerlerine hakaret ederek saldıranların ortak özelliği batı menşeli veya destekli görünmesidir. Provokasyonların arkasından ya radikal Hıristiyanlar veya ırkçı faşistler çıkmakta. Kanaatimce birileri bir taraftan Müslümanların nefretini, şiddetini Hıristiyan kimliğine yöneltirken; diğer taraftan Hıristiyanların zihnine “terörist”, “geri kafalı”, “cahil”, “gayrı medeni” Müslüman imajı yerleştirmeye çalışıyor. Bazı odaklar Müslümanlarla Hıristiyanların kanlı bıçaklı olması için sürekli malzeme üretiyor ve bunu batılı Hıristiyan kimlikler üzerinden, medya kanalıyla ajite edecek şekilde servis ediyor.

“Müslümanlarla Hıristiyanlar dost mu ki başka sorumlu arayalım?”, “Hıristiyanlar ne zaman İslam'a ve değerlerine saygılı oldu ki bu gün olsun?” gibi sorular aklınıza gelebilir.

Ben ise; “dünyanın iki büyük dinini ve toplumlarını birbiri ile vuruşturmak kimin işine gelir?” diye düşünüyorum.

Bu gün batıda Hıristiyanlığın etkisi çok zayıf, din duygusu ve dini inançlar insanları yönlendirmede oldukça yetersiz. Seküler bir anlayış, bohemce ve bencil bir yaşam hâkim batıya. Ortalama batılıların ne Hıristiyanlıkla ilgileri var, ne de Müslümanlık hakkında bilgileri. İslam ve Müslümanlıkla ilgili malumatları yüzeysel. Medyada çıkan olumsuz haber ve imajlara dayanarak İslam hakkında yalan-yanlış bilgiler ediniyorlar ve bu malumatlara göre fikir sahibi oluyorlar. Hıristiyanlar İslam'a karşı kültürel ve tarihi olumsuz bir bakışa sahiplerse de, Yahudilere göre çok daha müsamahalı ve objektiftirler. Öğrenmeye, yanlıştan dönmeye açıktırlar.

11 Eylül öncesine kadar özgür düşünce ortamı, müsamaha, diğerine saygı, doğruyu bulma isteği gibi olumlu özellikler batıyı giderek İslam'a yaklaştırıyordu. Batı insanının zihninde İslam merak ve heyecan uyarıyordu.

Bu durum Yahudilerin dünyadaki mevcut hakimiyetleri için ciddi tehdit oluşturuyordu ve bu tehdidin acilen bertarafına ihtiyaç vardı. Batı ve kocaman bir Hıristiyan dünya hızla yayılan ve ilgi çeken İslam'a karşı gerilime geçirilmeli, İslam'ı bir tehdit olarak görmeliydi. Zira Yahudilerin batı medeniyetinin direksiyonunda kalabilmeleri için bu iki büyük dinin düşmanlığına, vuruşmasına, enerjisini birbiri ile kaybetmesine ihtiyaç vardı. Bu arbede ve sis duman arasında Yahudiler hem gündeme gelmeyecek, hem de denge unsuru olacaktı. İllüzyonistlerin yaptığı gibi dünyanın nazarını terör İslam-fundamantalizm vs gibi konulara çekerek işlerini suhuletle yürütecekler, saltanatlarını devam ettirecekler, kutsal hayallerini gerçekleştireceklerdi..

Yahudiler ve Neo-Conlar 11 Eylül ve sonrası İslama-fobiyi, terörist Müslüman imajını dünyaya bu maksatla pompaladılar. Batının ve dünyanın ilgisinin bu taraf çekilmesi, İslam'a yönelişin durdurulması, Müslümanların zan altında kalması için bu tür malzemeleri (Üsame, El Kaide vb piyonlar vasıtasıyla) sürekli gündemde tuttular. İslam'ın dünya nezdinde yayılmasının, hedeflerine tehdit oluşturmasının önüne geçmeye çalıştılar.

Batı dünyasında Hıristiyanlara mal edilerek çıkarılan İslam karşıtı provakatif film, yazı, haber, hakaret vs. arkasında da bu kesimlerin olabileceğine güçlü bir şekilde inanıyorum.

Bu tür konulardaki tecrübelerinden ve becerilerinden dolayı batıda İslam aleyhine çıkan kışkırtıcı yayınların arkasında Yahudilerin olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Zira, Yahudilerin en iyi yaptığı şey başkalarını vuruşturarak aradan sıyrılmak, güçlü ve dengeleyici olarak ayakta kalmaktır.

Irak'a 2003 yılının Mart ayında giden ABD askeri Bağdat'ta aşık olduğu doktorla evlenip Müslüman oldu.

Amerika'nın Irak'ı işgal ettiği 2003 yılı Mart ayında ülkeye giden ABD askeri Sean Blackwell'in ilginç bir hilayesi var. Blackwell, işgal için gittiği Bağdat'ta, doktorluk yapan Iraklı Eda'ya aşık oldu ardın İslamiyeti seçti. Ağustos ayında 15 dakika süren bir törenle evlendiler ve bir daha dönmemek üzere Irak'ı terkettiler.

Mutlu çiftin şimdi 1 buçuk yaşında Norah isimli bir kız çocukları var. AFP muhabirinin Florida'ya giderken yakaladığı çift Irak'tan kaçışlarına dair konuşmak istemiyorlar. Çünkü savaş korkusu hala üzerlerinde ve hala ölüm tehditleri alıyorlar. Şimdi bir tıp merkezinde çalışan Eda ise o günden beri ailesini görmemiş.
